Supported Business Models

Net-caller provides a full solution for all three legs in the VoIP business.

1. Origination or Retail side solution

2. Wholesale

3. Termination

VoIP End to End

Your own VoIP business can be started following these simple steps.

Step 1. Get an account with Net-caller.

Step 2. Prepare your selling rate sheets considering your target profit margins.

Step 3. Start Selling.

Wholesale VoIP

As a wholesaler of VoIP, you will receive traffic from different VoIP originators and you will send that traffic to other VoIP terminators.

Wholesale VoIP involves buying and selling of VoIP minutes.

To be able to start moving VoIP minutes, after you have an account with Net-caller, follow these steps.

Step 1. Allow your customers to send traffic through the network by entering their IP address in the system provided.

Step 2. Set up one or more terminators.

Step 3. Start Selling! (The system will take calls from your originators and will route to your terminators using Least Cost Routing engine provided to you.)

VoIP Termination

Whether you are a carrier class terminator having a single gateway with a large call capacity or you are a grey terminator having many small gateways and SIM boxes with few ports capacity each, Net-caller Hosted VoIP service has a specialized soft switch and LCR to collect your traffic from worldwide IPs and terminate it to your gateways as per their capacity. The Least Cost Routing engine makes sure that no gateway exceeds its call capacity and all calls are terminated to the Least Cost Route available so that your customers see a good ASR, ACD and low PDD (Post Dial Delay).

To start VoIP termination, after you have an account with Net-caller, follow these steps:

Step 1. Define all your gateways and SIM boxes in the interface provided.

Step 2. Mention concurrent call capacity for each of these gateways.

Step 3. Define the dial prefixes that each of these gateways can take and mention a cost for each of the prefixes. This will be used by the LCR to find the least cost route for each call terminating.
